- Cabbage – 500 gms (finely chopped)
- Cauliflower – 250 gms (grated)
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp (adjust to taste)
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
For the Spicy Tomato Chutney:
- Tomatoes – 2 to 3
- Dry red chilies – 4 to 5
- Garlic – 1 to 2 cloves
- Peanuts – 1 to 1.5 tbsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as needed

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour and salt.
- Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Stuffing
- Heat oil in a kadai/wok.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and cauliflower.
- Stir-fry on high flame for 2 minutes to retain crunchiness.
- Add salt, pepper, and sauté again for 2 minutes.
- Switch off flame and cool.
Step 3: Shape the Momos
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into thin circles like a poori.
- Place stuffing in the center, fold, and shape into leaf momos (or any shape).
- Steam for 15–20 minutes until cooked.
Step 4: Prepare the Chutney
- Boil tomatoes, red chilies, and garlic until tomatoes soften.
- Remove skins from tomatoes, cool all ingredients.
- Dry roast peanuts, cool, then roast sesame seeds until they splutter.
- Add everything to a blender with salt and water.
- Grind into a smooth chutney.
